In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix together well. Taste your mixture and add more mustard, mayo, or seasoning to your liking. Mix again.
Serve with crackers, in a sandwich, as a lettuce wrap, or eat it straight with a fork! Enjoy!!
I usually use leftover chicken that is seasoned before cooking, i.e. it tastes good on its own. If you use unseasoned cooked chicken, you might need to add salt and extra pepper. Have a look at my Herb Mayo Recipe below. It's perfect for this recipe.
