Instructions

  1. Grease and flour two muffin tins. Preheat oven to 375°F. 

  2. In a medium bowl combine butter and sugar. Mix until creamy, about 1 minute. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. 

  3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt to your butter bowl. Stir as you slowly add in milk. Try not to over mix dough. 

  4. Carefully fold in chopped strawberries.
  5. Scoop batter into muffin tin.
  6. For the crumble top: Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter in a bowl. Mix with a fork until well combined and resembles wet sand. Add to top of muffins.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Enjoy!
