Seven Layer Bars

7 layers, 7 ingredients and I swear it takes about 7 minutes to put together. A very easy recipe that's perfect for sharing.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place butter in 8x8" baking pan and place in oven until melted. 

  2. Once butter is melted. Evenly layer the following ingredients; graham crackers, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, walnuts, sweetened condensed milk (pour over), shredded coconut. 

  3. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  4. Let cool completely. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Ingredients for 16 bars

  • 1/4 cup
    unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup
    crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup
    chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup
    butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 can (7 oz.)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup
    shredded coconut

Notes

This recipe can be easily doubled! Use a 13x9" pan. 

Store in an airtight container or fridge, if you like them chilled.
