I like box brownies as much as the next person but a warm homemade brownie just hits different. Very easy to make and perfectly chocolaty.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl, the sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla, and oil until combined.
Stir in 1/3 dry mixture into wet at a time. Once fully incorporated, fold in chocolate chips.
Grease 8"×8" pan and pour batter into pan. Bake at 350°F for about 22-28 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Let cool, or don't... soft, warm brownies are always the best.
