One of my favorite Dutch baby recipes! Typically, I'd add lemon juice after it's baked, but one day I was craving orange and decided to change it up. I tried adding orange juice not only on top after it's baked but also in the batter, and it was a game changer! I use Florida’s Natural in this recipe, which is made with the highest-quality oranges for the best-tasting orange juice you can buy.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Add 3 tablespoons butter to a 10-inch oven-safe pan. Place the pan in the oven to melt the butter while you prepare your batter.
In a medium bowl whisk together milk, Florida's Natural® No Pulp Orange Juice, eggs, vanilla, salt, sugar, and flour. Mix well! TIP: To get it extra fluffy, mix with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds.
