Instructions

  1. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, scallions, and Worcestershire sauce together (plus optional ingredients if you choose) in a medium bowl.

  2. Place wonton wrappers down and scoop 1/2 tablespoon crab filling into the center of each one. Next, lightly brush the wonton wrapper with water around the filling. Fold by bringing the 4 corners of the wrapper together in the middle and pressing to seal. Refer to the video here for more folding instructions. Repeat with the rest of the wonton wrappers.

  3. Lightly spray the inside of your air fryer basket, place your folded crab rangoons inside, and lightly spray the tops again with oil. Try not to overcrowd your air fryer, it won't fry as well.

  4. Cook in the air fryer at 300°F/149°C for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  5. Remove and let cool. Repeat with your next batch and enjoy with a good sauce! (I recommend a sweet n sour sauce).

  6. Cooking Alternatives: You can totally pan fry them too! I would fold them in half to look like a triangle instead, so they lay flat on your pan and get an even fry.
